1. Are your t-shirts good quality?
Absolutely. Our tees are made from 100% organic ring-spun combed cotton, with a soft feel and medium weight. They’re durable, comfortable, and perfect for customization.

2. Can I personalize my own shirt with a custom phrase?
Yes! In our "Create Your Own" section, you can choose your shirt color, size, and the phrase you want printed. Express yourself — loud and proud.

3. What does “Wear It Loud” mean?
It means wear what you believe in and say it with style. We’re all about self-expression through bold, simple, meaningful phrases on the back of each piece.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

4. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Portugal, Europe, and the United States.

5. How long does delivery take?

  • Portugal: 2–4 business days

  • Europe: 4–7 business days

  • USA: 5–10 business days
    (Customized items may take a little longer to produce.)

6. How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment options available at checkout.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

8. Can I return a customized t-shirt?
Since custom products are made just for you, we don’t accept returns on personalized items, unless there’s a defect or mistake on our part.

9. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
No worries! Email us at hello@wearitloud.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right — either with a replacement or a refund.

10. How should I wash my customized shirt?

  • Wash inside out, cold (max 30ºC)

  • Do not bleach

  • Avoid tumble drying

  • Iron inside out, never directly on the print
